We want you to be completely satisfied with COSMIQ PRO. If you're not happy, we'll make it right.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
- ✅ Full refund within 7 days of first purchase if service not used
- ✅ Full refund if technical issues prevented you from using the service
- ✅ Full refund if charged incorrectly
- ❌ No refund for partially used subscription periods
- ❌ No refund after 7 days from purchase date
- ❌ Pay-per-use credits are non-refundable once used
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Step 2: Include your Payment ID (from Razorpay confirmation email)
Step 3: Briefly describe the reason for refund
Step 4: Receive confirmation within 48 hours. Refund processed in 5-7 business days.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Email support@cosmiqpro.com to cancel.
